You'll own the classification logic at the heart of the platform — turning the OECD CRS taxonomy and FATCA chapter-4 rules into a decision engine that practitioners can trust and defend to a regulator.

What you'll do

  • Translate FATCA & CRS regulations into precise, testable classification rules
  • Design the rationale and confidence model that explains every decision back to the user
  • Work directly with clients on real entity edge cases — trusts, controlling persons, layered ownership
  • Keep the engine current as jurisdictions and schemas change

What we're looking for

  • Deep, hands-on FATCA/CRS experience — in practice, advisory, or a regulated institution
  • Comfort working close to code, even if your background isn't pure engineering
  • A bias for getting the answer right, and the discipline to document why
  • Clear written communication for a regulated, detail-driven audience

You'll own the look and feel of a product that turns one of compliance's most painful workflows into something people are glad to use. This is end-to-end design ownership, reporting directly to the founders.

What you'll do

  • Shape the full product experience — from entity intake to regulator-ready filing
  • Design dense, data-heavy interfaces that stay calm and legible under real workloads
  • Run your own research with practitioners and translate it into shipped work
  • Hold the visual and interaction standard across the platform and brand

What we're looking for

  • A portfolio of shipped product work, ideally in complex B2B or fintech tools
  • Strength in information design and interaction, not just visual polish
  • Comfort owning ambiguity and setting your own direction
  • Fluency in a modern design toolset and close partnership with engineers

  • Ship features end-to-end, from data model to interface
  • Build robust pipelines for document processing, validation, and export
  • Treat audit trail, versioning, and data isolation as first-class requirements
  • Help set engineering standards as an early member of the team

What we're looking for

  • Strong full-stack experience with a modern web stack (TypeScript/React and a typed backend)
  • Care for correctness, testing, and clear, maintainable code
  • Comfort owning features independently in a small team
  • Bonus: experience with regulated data, fintech, or document-heavy systems

  • Own onboarding and ongoing success for a portfolio of regulated clients
  • Guide teams through their first classification cycle and filing season
  • Be the voice of the customer back to product and compliance
  • Build the playbooks and materials that scale success as we grow

What we're looking for

  • Experience in the trust, fund, or private banking sector, or in FATCA/CRS reporting
  • A relationship-builder who is comfortable with senior, detail-driven stakeholders
  • Calm, precise communication under deadline pressure
  • Channel Islands presence a plus, but not required
